Here’s how we recommend you do an at-home Medi-Pedi 👇🏼
1. Soak your feet in some warm water to soften up any dead skin. Do this for about 5-10 minutes for the best results - for ultimate relaxation, put on some calming music, close your eyes and sit back.
2. Once your feet are well and truly soft and pruney, dry them well. Grab your Bondi Medi Pedi Foot Exfoliator and start gently sloughing away any dead skin on your feet. You’ll probably want to concentrate on your heels, as this is where skin get get driest and toughest, but other important areas are the sides of your feet, ball of the foot, and around the edges of your big toe. If you start feeling pain - stop! You don’t want to break the skin or exfoliate fresh, soft skin.
3. Protect the baby soft skin you’ve just brought to the surface with your Foot & Leg Cream. Massage in a good amount of cream for a few minutes - use this moment to give some love to your feet and legs, and help loosen up tight muscles with a mini-massage. (This could be the stage where you pay one of your angels $10 to give you a foot massage 😉) Pay special attention to your heels - as this is usually where most of the exfoliating will have occurred.
4. Get right into the deeply nourishing effects of the Nail Cuticle Serum. Place a small drop on each cuticle and massage in. Leave to soak deep into your cuticles.
5. Lock in all that moisture and care by putting on a pair of light cotton socks. You’ll wake up in the morning with your feet feeling brand new.
