We ship Australia wide for a flat rate of $9.90, or express for $20.00

Your products will be shipped from Rose Bay, NSW which means our standard shipping option delivers in 2-6 business days for most Metro and inner-regional postcodes, excluding WA.

Orders placed before noon AEST on business days will be packed and dispatched on the same day.

Standard Shipping

  • 2-6 business days NSW, VIC, ACT, SA & QLD metro and most regional areas*

  • 3-10 business days WA, NT, Tasmania*

Express Shipping

  • 1- 2 business days – NSW

  • 2-3 business days VIC, ACT, SA & QLD metro and most regional areas*

  • 2-5 business days WA, NT, Tasmania* *

  • Outer-regional areas may experience slightly longer shipping times

Returns and Refund Policy

CAN I REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND?

If you have a ‘change of mind’ on your products, we will accept a return of goods within 14 days for a credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ purchases. There a couple of conditions that you must meet for a return:

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

  • Your item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the order date

  • Your item must be unused with original seals intact and be in original packaging

  • Postage is non-refundable

  • Merchant fees will be deducted from the total cost of your return

Please make sure you include these details in your email:

  • Order # (number)

  • Details of the item you wish to return/reason for return

*Please note merchant fees from paypal, stripe and after pay are deducted from the cost of your refund.

Faulty Items

If you find a fault in one of our products, you will be entitled to the following remedies under the Australian Consumer Law:

(1) exchange or refund of items for major failure or faults or (2) exchange or repair if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.

Please note that in assessing a claim for faulty goods, the Australian Consumer Law allows us to take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product, how the product has been used, the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used and the amount of use the product could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.
